Inspired by legendary venues like New York’s Blue Note, London’s Ronnie Scott's we introduce Amsterdam’s Contra: the place to enjoy intimate jazz concerts from your dinner table. A chef's menu is served, accompanied by our wide selection of wines. To keep the balance between the listening experience and sharing the moment, the concert consists of 3 sets of 35-40 minutes, each followed by a break to enjoy your table, your company, and the atmosphere.

NanaxTez is the musical duo of vocalist composer Nana Kruger and multi-instrumentalist Tez Thompson. The two met at the Conservatory of Amsterdam and have been creating music together for almost ten years. Rooted in their shared love for R&B, jazz, Brazilian music and soul, their sound combines warm harmonies and intimate melodies told through honest storytelling. Beyond their musical connection, their long standing friendship is at the heart of their collaboration. NanaxTez explore themes of love and vulnerability, creating music connected to their shared journey as artists.
